- Cardiovascular Training-will include aerobics, drills, plyometrics, and circuit training.
- Stretching-will improve posture, reduce aches and pains, and increase circulation.
- Functional Training- Functional fitness will improve quality of life.
- Outdoor workouts- Enjoy a workout outside (weather permitting).
- Lifestyle coaching- how to succeed and make the right choices for your life.
Options Include:
- Initial evaluation includes; postural assessment, caloric needs, diet and nutritional consultation plus first Workout Program: $60.00
- Nutritional consultation only: $45.00
- One session: $50.00 (*After Evaluation)
- (Pre-Pay) Two sessions: $90.00
- (Pre-Pay) Three sessions: $125.00
- (Pre-Pay) Four sessions: $150.00
*Initial evaluation and consultation is mandatory.
